Today, I am sharing with you the recipe for almond cookies. Almond cookies are another popular cookie for Chinese New Year celebration. I like the crunchy feel of the little ground almond. In fact, almond cookies are very simple and easy to make at home. It does not require a lot of ingredients. The steps and methods are rather simple.
