Tofu With Minced Meat recipe. Personally, I am a tofu lover.  Be it fried, steamed, braised or soup. I love most of them, although not all. Tofu with minced meat is not new to me. My mum cooks this dish very often. I like to eat it with rice especially with the gravy! It is merely cook with tofu, minced meat and seasoning only but yet very nice.

However, the recipe I am sharing today is different with my mum’s recipe.  There are two more ingredients added, salted soya beans (aka dou jiang, 豆酱) and dried fermented black beans (豆豉). These two ingredients are commonly used as seasoning in cooking.

I found this recipe, Tofu with minced meat at Noob Cook while sourcing tofu recipe. It really caught my attention at first sight. After going through the ingredients and cooking instruction I decide to give it a try. I would say this is a very nice dish and I love its unique taste! If you are tofu lover, you should try it too.
