Fried kuey teow noodle is an easy dish to prepare with simple ingredients. In this recipe I only use yellow noodle, kuey teow (flat noodle), bean sprouts, scallion, fish cake and egg. If you like you can add some prawns, pork or chicken meat. For me I just want to make it simple and nice. As for the seasoning, once you know the recipe you can always adjust it to suit your taste.
