Dark Soy Sauce Pork Belly
Ingredients: - 400 grams Pork belly (cut into small pieces)
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (smashed)
- 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups water
Methods: - Heat up a wok with 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add in pork belly, garlic and white pepper. Stir fry for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water. Simmer with medium heat until it is almost dry and pork belly is cooked through and become tender. Add more water if necessary.
- Dish out and serve hot with porridge.
