OK, I am happy that you are still reading and gaining weight is not a concern to you.  :p So, let me present you the dark soy sauce pork belly! This is another easy and simple recipe for home cooking. It is best to serve together with porridge. If you like to eat garlic, you got to try out the garlic that cooked with it. It is so juicy and tasty. I hope you like this recipe. Enjoy!

Dark Soy Sauce Pork Belly

Ingredients:
  1. 400 grams Pork belly (cut into small pieces)
  2. 8 cloves garlic
  3. 1 tablespoon oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (smashed)
  5. 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  7. 2 tablespoons sugar
  8. 3 cups water

Methods:

  1. Heat up a wok with 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Add in pork belly, garlic and white pepper. Stir fry for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
  3. Add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water. Simmer with medium heat until it is almost dry and pork belly is cooked through and become tender. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Dish out and serve hot with porridge.
