Pandan Huat Kuih is a pandan flavored steamed cake. The Huat Kuih recipe I shared in my earlier post was made using coconut milk and fruit salt. This time I share a different Huat Kuih recipe and pandan juice is used as flavoring and coloring agent. This is a recipe I get from my auntie during my visit to malacca. For the size, I decided to make it a mini huat kuih so I used the cup cake paper case to steam my Huat Kuih. However, this is personal preference. You can always make it in different size. This is really a very simple recipe. Do try it out and enjoy!
